Devontre Chaney, Men's Basketball Offensive

Georgia Gwinnett College junior Devontre Chaney was named the Continental Athletic Conference Men's Basketball Offensive Player of the Week on December 22, 2025.

Chaney turned in a pair of 20-point scoring performances for the Grizzlies at the Athletes in Action Christmas Classic. He tied his career high with 24 points in an 82-76 loss to Marian University (Indiana) last Tuesday. The Lake Wales, Florida, native then scored 22 points in a 75-61 win against the University of Rio Grande (Ohio) the next day. For the week, the guard-forward averaged 23 points, 8.5 rebounds and four assists per game, while making 53.6 percent of his field goals.
