Nahcs Wahwassuck, Men's Basketball

Haskell Indian Nations University (Kansas) sophomore Nahcs Wahwassuck was named the Continental Athletic Conference Men's Basketball Player of the Week award on February 19, 2024.

The guard averaged 34 points while making 51% of his shots in two wins against CAC opponents.

The Mayetta, Kansas, native scored 39 points on 14-of-29 shooting, including 9-of-10 from the free throw line, in a 99-94 win at College of the Ozarks (Missouri) last Saturday. The sophomore grabbed nine rebounds in the victory.

Wahwassuck tallied 29 points in an 85-76 win against Crowley’s Ridge College last Tuesday. He made 11 of his 20 shots (55%) in that game.
