Sophia White, Softball Pitcher

Florida National University junior Sophia White was named the Continental Athletic Conference Softball Pitcher of the Week on March 16, 2026.

White had a 3-0 record and 1.17 earned run average across three appearances inside the circle last week. She struck out 10 batters in an extra-inning victory against the University of Northwestern Ohio last Wednesday. White then tossed a shutout last Saturday in a 1-0 victory in another extra-inning game against Lawrence Tech (Michigan).
